All our items have been inspected, valued and appraised by a team of specialist valuers giving you the confidence that what you are potentially buying is of the highest quality and standard.
After creating your own online auction account you will then have access to bid on any of our items in our current auctions. The online auctions have a 20 second time from one lot to the next, plus a 30 second bid extension should you need to continue as the final minute of that lot closes. Once the entire auction closes invoices will be generated and you will receive an email, payment options are on the 2nd page of your invoice. You also retain your own invoice copies in MY ACCOUNT once logged into an auction. All of our past sales results can be found in PAST AUCTIONS.
Collection is just as easy, we have in house collection and payment options, normally after the online auction on a Sunday afternoon and always Monday – Wednesday following an auction. Postage is not an issue with our discrete packaging and tracking with Australia Post.
When you come into the public viewings you can try and view any item in our current auction, making sure it’s the perfect fit for you. These are always scheduled in the days leading up to the closing of the auction. We highly recommend attending with no appointment necessary and our friendly staff will be more than happy to assist you.
Documents are always attached to a specific lot so you can do your research from home or work and if you need more information or images we will always be happy to assist you.
The online auction charges a buyer’s premium which is 18% plus GST, very competitive to all other auction houses, the only other fee will be if choosing to pay by credit card, 1.23% or American Express 1.5% surcharges apply to these. We also accept cash, Eftpos, debit card and direct transfer with no additional fees.
